To facilitate your work in the field: you will only need a smartphone!
To facilitate our work: all data will be automatically sent to our databases.

Key facts about the ENKETO Web Form

To use ENKETO, copy the link or scan the QR code that will available in the protocol you want to use.
Beware that there is a different link for every protocol!
You will need an internet connection to use a protocol for the first time. Afterwards, you will be able to fill in the form without a connection.

STEP 1

Make sure that you have an internet connection.

Then, paste the link of the protocol you want to use to your phone browser or scan the QR code.

STEP 2

The form has been downloaded in cache for offline use. You can go to the field and fill in the form! To change the form language, click on the drop-down menu on the top.

STEP 3

For this specific form, ENKETO will ask permission to access your phone location in order to record the coordinates of the micro-garden site. Please allow Enketo to use your current location.

STEP 4

You can always access the full list of questions by clicking on the three lines on the top right corner. Make sure you answer all the required questions!

STEP 5

Once you completed the form, you can click on Submit. If you have an internet connection, the form will be automatically submitted to our servers. If not, it will be queued for submission and automatically submitted once you have a stable connection.

STEP 6

Once you have submitted the form, you will be automatically redirected to the first page. If you need to fill in a new form, you can start again!

STEP 7

If you want to check whether there are any forms queued for submission, you can always click on the bracket on the left.
